Refund Policy

I registered, but I can’t attend anymore. Can I get a refund?

Yes, every workshop or tutoring session is booked through Zoom. When you receive your confirmation email from Zoom with your URL to join the session, you will see a link to “Cancel my registration.” Canceling will provide you a 100% refund within 3-5 business days. If you register with a special discount or bundle package, you may not receive the confirmation from Zoom right away. Please email Nicole at nicole@passthencmhce.com and she can assist with your refund.

Starting in March 2021, all workshops are recorded for on-demand viewing and available for every registrant to watch and re-watch for at least 2 months after the conclusion of the workshop. The recording includes the full video, Q&A session, closed captioning in English, and the full transcript. As a registrant, you are eligible to access the recording, even if you cannot make the live session. Instead of processing a refund, consider keeping your registration so that you can take advantage of the on-demand recording.

I registered and now you’re offering a discount! Can I get a price adjustment?

Sure! We’re happy to offer a price adjustment if you are eligible. Please email Nicole at nicole@passthencmhce.com and she can assist with the price adjustment.

What happens if the webinar gets unexpectedly canceled?

If there is an unexpected circumstance that prevents Barton from providing the workshop or tutoring session you paid for, you will be contacted immediately via the email you provided when you registered. In the case of a workshop webinar, we will offer all attendees the option to attend the rescheduled date, or a 100% refund.

I couldn’t make it. Can I apply the money I spent toward a future workshop?

We are happy to credit a registered attendee toward any and all future services, including workshops and tutoring sessions. Starting in March 2021, all workshops are recorded for on-demand viewing and available for every registrant to watch and re-watch for at least 2 months after the conclusion of the workshop. The recording includes the full video, Q&A session, closed captioning in English, and the full transcript.

What happens if a registered attendees arrives late?

There are many circumstances that could affect a registered attendee’s attendance at an online workshop. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they attend on time. All workshops are in the Eastern time zone. Starting in March 2021, all workshops are recorded for on-demand viewing and available for every registrant to watch and re-watch for at least 2 months after the conclusion of the workshop. If you arrived late (or not at all), you can rest easy knowing you can access the workshop after the fact.

What if an attendee experiences an emergency or the power or internet cuts out while they are attending?

We understand that the attendees may not have control over every scenario. If your internet cuts out unexpectedly, you can rest easy knowing you can access the workshop after the fact.
