Barton Bott provides a detailed explanation of Domain 1 and Domain 6 of the new NCMHCE exam, covering topics needed to know for Professional Practice and Ethics and Core Counseling Attributes.
Domain 1 encompasses counselors’ knowledge, skills, and abilities related to maintaining proper administrative and clinical protocols. It makes up 10-20% of potential questions in the overall NCMHCE exam.
Domain 6 encompasses behaviors, traits, and dispositions of effective counselors. It makes up 10-20% of potential questions in the overall NCMHCE exam.
