Critical Focus Part 1

In Part I of this three-part Critical Focus Series, we will cover the knowledge requirements for Domains 1 and 6. We have combined the material from these two domains into a 70-page study guide that highlights the most salient content of each.
For Domain 1, we follow the content outline set forth by NBCC, which essentially breaks down the nine sections (A–I) of the ACA Code of Ethics. Our focus will be on the most commonly misunderstood and frequently violated requirements. For Domain 6, we will provide an in-depth explanation of each line item found in Domain 6, along with relevant case examples.
In addition to the Domain Study Guides, numerous supplemental handouts will be provided.
Critical Focus Part 2

In Part II, our team has identified the essential categories from Domains 2 and 4 and compiled them into a concise 55-page study guide, included as part of this presentation.
Beyond these essential categories, we have enhanced our presentation with an expanded review of several key components of Intake, Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning. This material is drawn from our 8-hour Assessments workshop, closely mirroring the content that may appear on your exam. As with all of our presentations, numerous supplemental handouts will be provided to support the study of Domains 2 and 4.

In Part III, our team has identified the essential categories from Domain 5. In addition to covering these foundational topics, we will review all recommended theories and their associated interventions, placing special emphasis on the most commonly seen theories to date.
This presentation includes a 53-page study guide for Domain 5, in addition to a 26-page supplemental study guide focused exclusively on Theories and Interventions. Plus numerous additional handouts related to Domain 5 content.
